Schedule 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night). Job Description The Mother/Baby Couplet Care Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality care to mothers and their newborns, ensuring patient safety and comfort. The nurse will coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver effective treatment plans and participate in the ongoing management of patient care. The role may require occasional rotation to day shifts based on unit needs. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care to mothers and infants. Collaborate with healthcare teams and float as necessary. Maintain high standards of safety and quality in nursing care. Participate in all required healthcare processes and adhere to protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure AHA BLS and NRP required; AHA ACLS preferred. Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience in Mother/Baby care. Prior travel experience is highly preferred. Experience in a large facility (500+ beds) or teaching hospital. EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required.
