Senior Manager, Resource Planning

Driving staffing and capacity visibility across Content teams, the full-time Senior Manager, Resource Planning will manage operational mechanics including intake, planning, effort estimation, and build tracking while ensuring alignment with portfolio resourcing requirements in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own the resourcing picture across Content teams by maintaining centralized visibility into staffing allocations and tracking capacity trends Apply standardized planning and execution across Content projects to streamline workflows and maintain consistent build tracking Lead the Content collaboration network to foster shared standards and optimize operational processes across cross-functional teams Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in operations, resource management, capacity planning, or program coordination, preferably in creative or educational environments Bachelor's degree in business, operations, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail in data management and tracking systems Proficiency with project management and resource tracking software, such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana Proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional priorities
