We're looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and protecting lives through reliable life safety systems. In this role, you'll install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and service commercial fire alarm systems while working directly with customers, contractors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). - Install, inspect, test, service, and repair commercial fire alarm and life safety systems in accordance with NFPA standards and applicable codes.
- Program, configure, diagnose, and troubleshoot a variety of commercial fire alarm systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, engineered drawings, and technical documentation.
- Install conduit and perform installations with quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Identify code deficiencies, system impairments, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform system pre-testing and coordinate rough and final inspections with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
- Complete service calls while providing exceptional customer service and communication.
- Prepare inspection reports, work orders, records of completion, and other required documentation.
- Train customers on the operation of fire alarm and related life safety systems.
- Maintain manufacturer certifications and participate in ongoing technical training.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours emergency service.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
- Partner with customers, contractors, inspectors, and coworkers to deliver reliable life safety solutions.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial fire alarm installation, inspection, testing, and service experience.
- NICET Level II Certification required.
- CSA Denver License required.
- Working knowledge of NFPA 72 and applicable fire, building, and electrical codes.
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and engineered drawings.
- Experience programming and troubleshooting commercial fire alarm systems.
