Account Executive – Infusion Therapy ServicesTerritory: Lebanon, NH & Surrounding AreaEmployment Type: Full-TimeBase Salary: $110,000–$160,000Total Compensation: $200,000–$250,000 typical | $300,000+ for top performersCommission: UncappedLocation: Candidates ideally located within 1 hour of Lebanon, NHPosition OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth of infusion therapy services throughout the Lebanon, NH territory.This is a high-earning, relationship-driven healthcare sales role focused on developing referral partnerships with clinics, physicians, and healthcare providers across Gastroenterology (GI), Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology, and related specialties.The ideal candidate has a strong healthcare sales background, established provider relationships, and a proven track record of developing new business and exceeding sales goals.What You'll Do• Identify and develop new business opportunities with targeted medical practices and healthcare providers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinic leaders, referral sources, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Develop referral partnerships across GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology, and related specialties.
• Prospect for new accounts and consistently expand the territory's referral network.
• Develop a strong understanding of infusion therapy services, competitors, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Conduct customer meetings, sales presentations, and educational discussions with healthcare providers.
• Develop customized proposals and solutions based on each practice's needs.
• Partner with internal clinical and operational teams to support referral relationships and communicate customer needs.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and referral-growth goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline information, account notes, and sales forecasts.
• Monitor market activity and trends affecting targeted medical specialties.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to develop and maintain provider relationships.What We're Looking For• 3+ years of healthcare sales experience.
• Proven success developing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Experience selling directly to physicians, clinics, healthcare organizations, or medical decision-makers.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a territory, pipeline, and sales strategy.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
