Role Description The Client Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lincolnwood, IL, responsible for supporting client relationships and ensuring smooth execution of promotional and merchandising programs. This role includes managing day-to-day communication with clients, coordinating project details, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. The Client Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, design, sourcing, and fulfillment to align client expectations with operational capabilities. Typical tasks include maintaining accurate client records, preparing status reports, resolving issues, and proactively following up to support a positive client experience. The role also involves assisting with quotes, proposals, and presentations, while contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to support positive, long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams. Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client requests simultaneously. Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, consistently following through on commitments and addressing concerns promptly. Relevant experience in client coordination, account support, or administrative roles within marketing, promotions, or related industries is beneficial. Proficiency with office productivity tools ("e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems") and strong attention to detail are preferred.
