CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 3x12 hour night shifts, Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) with extensive experience in circulating complex cases in an adult surgical environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle high-acuity procedures, including but not limited to surgeries related to heart and lung transplants, CABG, TAVR, and more.

Responsibilities

• Circulate complex cardiovascular surgeries including adult heart and lung transplants and valve replacements.
• Collaborate with surgical teams in the preparation and execution of surgeries.
• Ensure high standards of patient care during surgical procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
• Assist in the monitoring and assessment of patient conditions pre- and post-operatively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CVOR.
• Active SC or multi-state RN license required prior to start.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA certified).
• Experience in scrubbing cardiac/vascular cases is highly preferred.
