Use scaled agile disciplines to transform a client’s business and Finance function by sequencing the delivery critical data elements, data products and feature functionality.As a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant, you will:Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data led business reinvention.Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on how to infuse AI, GenAI and data into the business processes and Finance capabilities Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets, AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundationDefine building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy (including revenue upside as well as cost-takeout opportunities).Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.Ability to travel up to 80%; travel as needed based on client expectations.Here’s What You Need:A minimum of 3+ years of experience working within the AI and Data Strategy Space including specific skills and experiences around Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Data Management, Client Assessments, Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI, leading tech driven transformationsA minimum of 3+years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experienceA minimum of 3+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlinesA minimum of 3+ years of large-scale delivery experience in Corporate and/or Business Unit Finance processes, functions and/or systemsBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate's degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience).Bonus Points if You have:Master’s degree in a relevant fieldProfessional Skill Requirement:Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and writtenDriven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations, and go to market activities.Fluent in English (both spoken and written)Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships.You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projectsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
