- Licensed or will be licensed for property, casualty, life, health licenses within 30-45 days
- Knows how to manage your day as a professional making appointments, confirming and following through on your commitments.
- Not ok with staying where you are and willing to put in the work on hard days to make your sales numbers and hit the activity metrics to grow your business within our business.
