AccountantThe Accountant performs routine accounting tasks associated with centralized corporate operations. Grow with us as we continue to expand our network of locations and services.Responsibilities:Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial cycle closingsPerform financial statement reviewPerform account analysis and reconciliationsResearch and correct account discrepanciesPrepare and post journal entriesProvide audit supportAssist various teams with financial analysis and accounting tasksEnsure financial records comply with company policies and accounting principlesAnalyze data to support business decision-makingEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferredMinimum 2 years general ledger accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceSAP experience preferredAdvanced skillset with Microsoft ExcelOther Skills and Abilities RequiredAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to apply reason and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.Ability to identify and analyze problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations and formulate the appropriate solutions.Follow required Company policies and procedures which include but are not limited to policies regarding conduct, record keeping, and safety.It is required that the individual is accurate with good time management and organizational skillsTotal Rewards & Compensation:We offer an exceptional Total Rewards package with outstanding healthcare benefits, a robust 401(k) plan with company matching, and an employee stock purchase program to help you build long-term financial security.
