Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to residents in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include: administering and documenting prescribed medications monitoring physical status assisting with physician visits developing and implementing individual health care plans as part of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) participating in staff and committee meetings The LPN will not insert nasogastric tubes or obtain physician's orders. Additional duties involve documenting care comprehensively and assisting in related tasks.
