What You’ll Do As a Customer Care Account Representative  You’ll be at the heart of our mission to serve and support our customers. Your responsibilities will include: • Building strong relationships with customers and following up on their needs. • Educating customers about insurance options through a needs-based, customer-first approach • Proactively problem solving to provide an exception experience when our customers need us most.
