Keep reading to learn more!RESPONSIBILITIESOur Lead Painters typically work Monday - Friday, either from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with overtime available. Occasional weekend work may be required, but this isn't common.You'll be in charge of our painting projects, skillfully managing your team, communicating with customers, and completing exceptional work. We're looking for someone who is comfortable leading others and stepping in to solve existing issues, avoid potential problems, and ensure client satisfaction. Throughout the job, you'll make sure your team gives their best effort while following all safety procedures. You'll hold your crew accountable for their work and provide helpful feedback to make sure we do the best job possible.
