Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and other critical interventions. The role entails working 12-hour night shifts, with a minimum of 48 hours per week, on an assignment beginning October 26, 2026, and ending December 7, 2026.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS Basic Life Support, ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support; Location Requirements: must hold a valid license to submit; Years of Experience: 0 years minimum required.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 48 hours per week.
• Duties include telemetry/rhythm interpretation, titration of drips such as Cardizem and Amiodarone, and responding to various patient needs, including respiratory and cardiovascular issues.
• The unit has nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night.
• Nurses on this unit are expected to read their own rhythm strips and troubleshoot telemonitor equipment, including GE monitors.
• Floating to all three campuses is required, and self-requested block scheduling for consecutive night shifts is accommodated.
• Orientation includes three sessions, one on each campus.
• Charting is conducted in EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Hospital can cancel up to four shifts within the 13-week assignment for scheduling flexibility.
