Job Full Description

Express is hiring a Sales Associate for a business in the Greensburg area.
This position will start ASAP for a long-term role within a pawn and jewelry retail environment.


Pay: $20 per hour

Hours: Full-time schedule

Position Responsibilities for the Sales Associate:


• Assist customers at the front of house (pawn shop) and back of house (jewelry store)
• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Handle buying and selling transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Operate computer systems for pricing, inventory, and customer interactions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and work area
• Lift items up to 50 lbs as needed
• Support daily store operations and additional tasks as assigned

Requirements for the Sales Associate:


• Trustworthy, reliable, and customer-focused
• General knowledge of buying and selling practices
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Background requirement: No felony, theft, or monetary-related offenses
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
