Brand Ambassador – Customer Engagement | Full-Time
AME is looking for a Brand Ambassador – Customer Engagement to represent leading brands through positive, face-to-face customer engagement, customer service, and customer sales interactions in a retail environment.
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll work directly with customers to create positive experiences, build customer relationships, support customer retention, and help drive customer sales. You'll receive paid training and develop valuable skills in customer engagement, customer service, sales, and customer retention.

What You'll Do
- Represent leading brands through positive customer engagement
- Interact directly with customers in a retail environment
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each customer interaction
- Build strong and positive customer relationships
- Learn effective customer sales and engagement techniques
- Identify customer needs and provide helpful product or service information
- Create positive customer experiences that encourage customer retention
- Help support customer sales goals through effective customer engagement
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Work with a team to achieve customer sales, customer service, and customer engagement goals
