Class A Driver Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 21.00 to $ 23.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm)
- Safely operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver food donations and supplies
- Load, unload, and secure food items, following proper food handling and safety procedures, using a forklift
- Complete delivery routes in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and required documentation
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and food bank policies
- Interact respectfully and professionally with donors, partner agencies, volunteers, and community members
- Assist with warehouse or distribution activities as needed
Class A Driver Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
