Nussbaum Transportation is Hiring Flatbed Company Drivers

Weekly + Bi-Weekly Home Time (Based on Location)

Earning Potential & Pay Features:

Established drivers earn $110,000-$115,000+
Earn $103,000+ your first year! (mileage, activity pay, trans. bonus, profit sharing)
First-year flatbed drivers earn $1,775 - $2,065 per week
$5,000 Transition Bonus
- ($1,500 after 1 week, $1,500 after 3 mos, $2,000 after 6 mos)
$1,700 Weekly Guarantee

Door to door practical miles-empty & loaded
Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters-$200/day
Activity Pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:
$30 for pickups and deliveries
$30 for stop-offs (any customer location in-between pickup and final delivery)
$70 for initial tarping $35 for each re-tarping
$20/hr detention pay (starts after 1hr)
Breakdown & layover pay
Oversize Pay is $3,600/year! (based on avg. loads per flatbed driver). There are three tiers:
Tier 1: less than 10' wide = $0.10/mile and $50 flat, per load
Tier 2: 10'-12' wide = $0.15/mile and $75 flat, per load
Tier 3: 12' wide = $0.20/mile and $100 flat, per load

Driver Requirements

Valid CDL A
Minimum age of 21
At least 6 months of recent Flatbed experience
No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
Meet all other Nussbaum requirements
