This facility is recognized as one of the top hospitals in the nation for clinical quality. The Emergency Department serves as a referral center for trauma cases and high-volume patient care. Our department is equipped with advanced technology and a diverse team dedicated to patient safety and quality care. Nurses are expected to maintain high standards of patient experience throughout their visits. The unit typically has a patient ratio of 4:1, with up to 7:1 for behavioral holds. Nursing staff will have access to technical support for cardiac monitoring and triage processes. Documentation is managed through a modern electronic system.
