Qualifications Current state Registered Nurse license required. Current CPR Certification required. One year recent acute care experience required. ACLS certification preferred. Knowledge of nursing theory, infection control, wound care standards. Knowledge of accreditation standards (TJC, CMS). Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures. Demonstrates critical thinking skills. Proficient with computers: data entry, word processing, email, record management. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Maintains confidentiality. Works professionally with others. Maintains quality, safety, and infection control standards. Responsibilities The House Supervisor is responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on the assigned shift.
