Serenity Hospice PA

Serenity Hospice PA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Music Therapist to join our growing hospice team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comfort, emotional support, and therapeutic care to patients and families through music therapy services.

Responsibilities:
• Provide music therapy services to hospice patients based on individualized care plans
• Support emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial well-being through therapeutic music interventions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to enhance patient quality of life
• Complete timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:
• Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) preferred
• Experience in hospice or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for compassionate end-of-life care
