AE - Stock Associate

Role Overview As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You are passionate about AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising and keen attention to detail. You flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed, and represent AEO values every day. Responsibilities Efficiently process shipments, replenish inventory, handle markdowns and conduct merchandising. Maintain the Stockroom: organize merchandise, visual props, marketing materials and fixtures. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan and execute corrections. Support teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest service as required. Prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards, AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Love AE and Aerie products. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, priority‑setting and time management. Flexible availability: early morning, late evening, weekends. Previous experience in a stock‑related role.
