Seeking a dynamic Human Resources generalist Business Partnering role, supporting a variety of portfolios across two separate Health Service Directorates. Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards such and/or experience in Workforce/Human Resources management. Demonstrated experience in generalist workforce/human resources functions including change management, industrial consultation, grievance and disciplinary management, change, job evaluation, recruitment and conflict resolution. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organisation, in a variety of formats and situations, including written and verbal communication skills.
