Sign-On Bonus: $500 FT / $300 PT after 2 months of service

We are currently hiring experienced and dedicated Chauffeurs to provide world-class service to our clients throughout the Boston area.

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly pay ( Base Pay: $15.00/per hour ) plus billed gratuities

  • Estimated earning potential $26.00 - $31.00/per hour

• Sign-On Bonus : $500 FT / $300 PT after 2 months

• Annual clothing allowance : $200 FT/ $100 PT per calendar year.

What You'll Do:

• Provide prompt, safe, and courteous transportation for Carey clients in company vehicles

• Represent the Carey brand with professionalism, poise, and customer-first service

• Maintain excellent communication with dispatch and keep clients informed

• Ensure timely arrival for all assignments with a consistent 15-minute Spot Time

• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for service at all times

• Follow all traffic laws and company policies

• Assist clients with luggage and special requests when needed

• Accurately complete trip logs, paperwork, and end-of-job (EOJ) reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 8 continuous years of driving experience and a clean driving record

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or professional driving preferred

• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license

• Strong knowledge of the Greater Boston area

• Excellent communication skills (English speaking, reading, and writing)

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must pass pre-employment and ongoing drug screening
