Position: Dental Receptionist

Location: Lafayette, CA

Renaissance Dental Group has been a cutting-edge dental practice in Lafayette for 40 years. We are always welcoming new patients and consider everyone part of our family. Our interdisciplinary practice also provides treatment for sleep-disordered breathing through referrals from physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.

Maintain and update patient records with accurate information.

Verify insurance information and handle billing and payments.

Coordinate patient referrals and manage communication with referring physicians.

Provide information about the practice, procedures, and services to patients.

Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Foster a warm and friendly atmosphere for patients and staff.

Certified Dental Receptionist

Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
