$121,500 - $132,500 at plan yearly

• Determine cash flow, income-to-debt ratio, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets, and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives
• Support clients’ progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations
• Serve as a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive measures to seek, identify, and establish prospects
• Embrace the role of a coachable team player, open to continued education and training from other team members
• Create customized financial plans for each client based on life stage, professional circumstances, and financial needs
• Understand the economic markets and use resources to leverage your expertise
• Be there in times of need when clients need us most

• FINRA Series 7/6, SIE, and 63/66 are preferred but not required
• A basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well as an interest in the financial industry and financial products, is necessary
• Basic knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office, financial planning software, CRM systems, and related programs, is needed
• Excellent communication skills, relationship-building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a similarly related field is desired but not required
