SCHEDULE: Full-Time, day and night shifts available

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to be the first point of contact for our clients as a CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Dedicated to providing high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations in every interaction, your mission is to be the guide for our clients through the entire visit process. As a CSR you will be a loyal advocate for our clients, a creative problem-solver, and a collaborative team member. You will have the opportunity to continually improve our patient experience, working alongside team members passionate about the animals we serve and the families who love them.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of related experience (preferred)
• Veterinary or healthcare office experience preferred
• Ability to maintain a positive professional demeanor in client interactions
