Sr Advanced GenAI Engineer - Agentic AI & Cloud

Job Description As a Sr Advanced AI Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide expert-level technical leadership in the design and development of AI algorithms, models, and systems. You will be responsible for acting as the subject matter expert for technical AI projects and provide direction on exploring and implementing methodologies and best practices. In this role, you will impact critical AI initiatives and drive technical excellence within the organization. You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. NO relocation offered. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of complex AI solutions to address specific business needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes Work directly with product managers and business leaders to understand requirements and align AI initiatives with overall business objectives Lead the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress Provide mentorship and guidance to AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Minimum 6 years of experience managing AI related technology projects. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Experience with Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems Experience working with Cloud AI Platforms (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock) Mastery expertise in machine learning or related artificially intelligent technology. Strong leadership and management skills. WE VALUE Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. Experience with LLMOps Experience working with Kubernetes. Experience with On Premises AI. Experience working in an agile development environment. Proven ability to drive successful cloud development projects and initiatives. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability.
