As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' quality of life through consistent, one-on-one, relationship-based care in their homes. Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
$1/hr shift differential for nights
PTO (Full-Time and Part-Time employees only)

Shifts: Full-Time Nights during weekdays and weekends (Must be able to travel to Chubbuck, Pocatello, and Blackfoot)
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
Monitor and report changes in condition
Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards
High school diploma or GED
Active CNA certification of Idaho
CPR certified
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
