Job Duties

• Tracks assembly line status, machine run times, and completes assembly daily production report, ensuring customer quality targets are met through best practices
• Operates assembly machines in safe manner to meet daily production requirements. Follows safety procedures, work instructions and standards for each equipment and/or process.
• Provides communication to supervisor in regards to machine status, assembly targets, results and any other issues. Communicates with shift leader floor status.
• Maintains clean and orderly work space through 6S principles and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Performs Quality and Machine checks as required
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

The Quality Assurance Associate supports product quality through systematic inspection, measurement, and documentation of manufactured components. This role requires analytical thinking, technical ability, and the discipline to consistently apply quality standards.
