As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team. This position reports directly to the Global Customer Service Lead and serves as a key member of our global customer experience team. While collaborating with colleagues across the organization, your primary focus will be supporting our Americas region, ensuring customers throughout North and South America receive exceptional service, accurate order processing, and timely communication. You'll play an important role in strengthening customer relationships and contributing to the continued growth of our business across the Americas. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience by:

• Delivering prompt, professional, and friendly support via phone, email, and online chat.
• Building strong customer relationships by answering questions and resolving inquiries with confidence and care.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently while coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
• Preparing quotations and confirming product availability.
• Monitoring inventory to help ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Keeping customers informed with updates on order status, shipping details, and product information.
• Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system.
• Assisting with accounts receivable activities and supporting the overall order-to-cash process.
• Collaborating with internal teams

Requirements We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing excellent service. Ideal candidates will have:

• 2+ years of customer service and order processing experience.
• Experience working with CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
