About the Role
As an Employment Specialist, you will:

• Develop and manage job orders from client companies
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen and interview applicants, and conduct reference and background checks
• Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Guide job seekers through the hiring and onboarding process
• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Achieve placement, revenue, and client satisfaction goals
• Stay informed on labor market trends, employment laws, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM
• Comfortable leveraging social media for recruiting and branding
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Knowledge of employment laws a plus
