About the Role
As an Employment Specialist, you will:
- Develop and manage job orders from client companies
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen and interview applicants, and conduct reference and background checks
- Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Guide job seekers through the hiring and onboarding process
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Achieve placement, revenue, and client satisfaction goals
- Stay informed on labor market trends, employment laws, and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM
- Comfortable leveraging social media for recruiting and branding
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Knowledge of employment laws a plus
