Jack's Maintenance Service is seeking an experienced professional to join our Project Crew as a Working Floor Care Lead. This is a full-time, 2nd-shift role for a veteran of the industry who knows how to deliver high-quality results and is ready to guide a team by example. We require a candidate with a solid background in floor care (stripping, buffing, waxing) who can jump right in, coordinating on-site with customers and overseeing crew efficiency. You will report directly to the Assistant Project Manager and oversee crew members to ensure all work is performed to company standards while personally participating in all service tasks.

• Active Leadership: Perform high-quality floor maintenance (stripping, buffing, waxing) and project work alongside your team to assist in providing service to offices, mills, clinics, and schools.
• Team Supervision: Oversee crew members, providing clear direction and ensuring all assigned work in your area is completed.
• Customer Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating arrival times and the scope of work with customers before service begins.
• Quality Control: Initiate inspections and briefings with customers to ensure all questions are answered and work order requirements are met.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure vans are properly loaded and unloaded and that all tools and machinery are removed from the job site upon completion.
• Production Efficiency: Help organize the job site and maintain productivity while managing janitorial closets and specialized equipment.

This is a full-time, 2nd-shift position that requires a high degree of adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.

• Flexible Scheduling: Candidates must be flexible regarding start and end times, as well as the total length of the workday.
