Shift: ~10 shifts/month, 24-hour out-of-house shifts
Hours/Week: Varies by schedule
Employment Type: Full-time
Licensure/Certs: Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatology
Experience: Prior Neonatology experience preferred; new fellows encouraged to apply
Compensation: Starting salary from $265,000 with annual increases
Bonuses: Guaranteed first-year monthly bonus; year-end bonus eligibility
Sign-on & Relocation: Sign-on bonus; relocation assistance
Reimbursements: Paid licensing fees, travel, and other applicable expenses

What You'll Do
- Provide coverage at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43 beds, ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26 beds, ADC 14)
- Utilize advanced neonatal equipment, including HFOV and jet ventilators
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including MFM and subspecialty support
- Support a large team of neonatologists and dedicated NICU staff
- Offer consults, management, and delivery coverage
- Participate in training or mentoring new fellows and residents
- Maintain high standards of neonatal patient care in a busy hospital setting
What You Need
- Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
- Active medical license in Oklahoma or ability to obtain
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Commitment to delivering quality neonatal care
- Prior NICU experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in schedule, with a focus on quality patient outcomes
