LPN: Team-Based Care & Triage in FQHC

Johnson Health Center

Johnson Health Center in Virginia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing support in a clinical setting, under supervision of the Lead Nurse and providers. You will participate in team-based care, educate patients, and document care in the medical record.

Responsibilities include patient screening, assisting with in-office tests, administering injections, triage duties, and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality patient care.
