The Director of DevOps oversees and manages a team of Engineers and Systems Administrators. The end goal is to ensure that all applications and infrastructure are optimized and running without issues. You’ll also oversee infrastructure upgrades necessary to maintain and expand existing products and interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Tracking
• Server and Infrastructure Maintenance and Monitoring
• Perform interface testing between Acupath’s Laboratory Information System (PathLab), and external partner systems.
• Software Release Testing and Validation
• End-User Testing and Sign-Off coordination
• Collaboration with clinical departments
• Other IT/Infrastructure items as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in IT roles; prior experience in laboratory or healthcare settings is a strong plus.
• Strong project management skills—familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong Technical & Analytical Skills.
• Experience managing Linux/Windows servers and virtualization/cloud environments.
• Background in software quality assurance and user acceptance testing a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
