We are seeking a reliable Fulfillment Worker for a seasonal contract opportunity in Boulder, CO. This role supports a fast-paced printing and publishing production environment with hands-on order fulfillment, document preparation, scanning, and mailing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, organize, and process documents for fulfillment, scanning, and mailing.
- Complete manual order fulfillment tasks accurately and efficiently in a production setting.
- Perform document prepping, sorting, batching, and quality checks.
- Operate basic computer systems for typing, tracking, or production-related tasks.
- Match media and mailing materials according to established instructions.
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout repetitive workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17.50 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Location: Boulder, CO.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Complete manual order fulfillment in a production environment.
- Prepare, scan, sort, and organize documents for processing.
- Support match-media mailing and repetitive document handling workflows.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity while meeting daily production expectations.

- 1 to 2 years of related work experience preferred for this level of role.
- Ability to stand for 8 or more hours during the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic PC and typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and focus.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the full assigned schedule.
- Must be open to overtime and weekend work as needed.
- Candidates must be new to this assignment or client site and not returning workers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in fulfillment, mailroom operations, document processing, scanning, printing, publishing, warehouse, or production support.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfort following detailed instructions and quality control procedures.
