Experience: One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
Licenses and Certifications: NONE REQUIRED
Qualifications
Demonstrates good customer service skills.
Proficient with computer applications, preferably Word, Excel, and Power Point
Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast pace environment.
Excellent written and verbal customer service skills with good knowledge of English grammar and spelling with a high level of accuracy.
Exhibits good interpersonal skills and professional ethics.
Must be able to function as a member of a team.
