We manufacture water- efficient products including flush valves, electronic faucets, soap dispensing and sink systems along with vitreous china fixtures for commercial, industrial and institutional markets worldwide.We have an amazing opportunity for a Sr. Reliability Engineer reporting to the Reliability Manager, based at Sloan’s Headquarters in Franklin Park. In this role, you will be responsible for quantifying product reliability requirements, ensuring reliability is designed into products through best practices, and verifying that reliability requirements are met through design analysis and testing. You will also play a key role in championing ISO/IAPMO certification for our labs, supporting continuous improvement and compliance across reliability testing operations.What you'll do:Accelerates tests to reduce test time and remaining within the limits of the product.Developing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) processes for new and existing assets.Plans tests to determine potential production and safety risks.Diagnoses asset failures to ensure they don't occur again.Investigates the cause of a product or system failure and determines how to prevent it from happening again. Compensation:The compensation range for this U.S.-based position is $101,700-$113,000 annually.This position is eligible to participate in the company incentive plan. The terms and conditions of the company incentive plan will be provided to plan participants on an annual basis.
