Learn more about our benefits. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for meeting customer expectations in product quality, responsiveness and services. Interfaces with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and that products meet customer specifications. In case of customer inquires or issues (e.g. product returns), the Global Quality organization is responsible for providing customers with answers and driving each issue to resolution. Ensures that all interactions with customers are done in a professional and timely manner.Provides clear and well-articulated vision, strategies and plans to continuously improve product and service quality for our customers. Develop and strengthen the Quality organization.
