Senior Logistics Manager

I'm partnering with a client to identify an experienced Senior Logistics Manager to lead and optimize global transportation and inbound logistics operations, with a primary focus on freight movement from Asia to the United States. This is a key leadership opportunity for a highly analytical logistics professional who can drive transportation strategy, build meaningful reporting and KPI frameworks, and influence both internal stakeholders and external logistics partners. Core Qualifications 10+ years of experience leading global transportation and inbound logistics teams Strong expertise managing ocean freight operations across Asia-to-U.S. trade lanes Proven success negotiating with ocean carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities, including building dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level business reviews Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior-level partners to drive results Self-starter mentality with a proactive, hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership Additional Experience (plus) Drayage and domestic transportation Warehousing and distribution operations The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable digging into data, leading carrier negotiations, solving complex transportation challenges, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. #J-18808-Ljbffr RemX | The Workforce Experts
