A little about usYou will be working for a company rooted in the Cooperative world, with history dating back to 1933, operating in the divisions of Agronomy, Energy, Animal Health and Farm Supplies. EverGRO Cooperative is built on the relationships we grow with our customers, without their support, business, and loyalty we would not be the successful Coop we are today!
What's your day like?As a part-time Warehouse Associate at EverGRO, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Farm Store operations. Your responsibilities will include operating a forklift to efficiently handle loading and unloading of deliveries and customer orders. You will fill propane cylinders and assist with inventory management, ensuring that our stock is readily available for our customers.
Additionally, cross-training in retail operations will enhance your skill set, allowing you to contribute to our customer-focused culture. Safety is paramount, so you'll be expected to maintain good housekeeping practices within the warehouse, keeping it clean and free from potential hazards or safety risks. What you need to be successfulTo succeed as a part-time Farm Store Warehouse Associate at EverGRO, you'll need a strong willingness to learn to operate a forklift safely. While no previous experience is required, a proactive & engaging attitude in loading and unloading activities is essential. Physical fitness is necessary, as the role involves lifting, pushing, and pulling products. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety is paramount throughout your daily activities.
