Medical Receptionist – Burlington

Mt. Baker Pain Clinic | Burlington, WA

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM | NO WEEKENDS | NO EVENINGS
Pay: $18–$21/hour, depending on experience

Mt. Baker Pain Clinic is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team in Burlington!

As the first person our patients see, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You'll work alongside a supportive medical team while helping patients navigate their appointments and care.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments

• Verify insurance and collect co-pays

• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist patients with questions

• Follow up on missed appointments and no-shows

• Maintain accurate patient information and electronic medical records

• Keep the reception area organized and professional

• Assist with general front-office and administrative duties

• Work closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Organized and able to multitask in a busy medical office

• Reliable, dependable, and willing to be part of a team

• Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records

• Previous medical office or receptionist experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
