Customer Supply Chain Specialist – Londonderry, NH Job Type: Full-time This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships with assigned customers, sales teams, and the internal supply chain team. The specialist will lead the order-to-delivery process for assigned accounts and report to the Manager, Customer Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities Manage the order life cycle from creation through delivery to ensure accuracy and policy adherence, including terms of sale, lead time, and inventory availability. Identify internal opportunities to improve service to customers and work with partners to implement initiatives that can be shared across customers, geographies, and business units. Utilize Excel skills to understand and communicate key service metrics internally and externally, and to drive customer analytics. Communicate with customers by tracking order fulfillment and shipment status, and collaborate with other departments as necessary to process orders: secure appointments, clarify transportation requirements, and monitor fill rate. Professionally and promptly resolve customer questions and problems by thoroughly researching issues, identifying root causes, and offering solutions. Demonstrate sound business judgment by prioritizing critical tasks during busy demand patterns. Complete related records, reports, and documentation required to support assigned customers. Meet service level expectations as defined by the customer and dedicated customer team. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business preferred. Three to five years of experience in Customer Service / order management within a manufacturing environment desirable; education can be substituted. Experience SAP experience preferred. Skills and Competencies Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamwork and planning skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints. Ability to adapt in a changing work environment. Comfortable speaking and presenting to large groups.
