Sr. Equipment Engineer

SMT EQUIPMENT AND PROCESSES SUPERVISOROversees all aspects of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment and Wave soldering machines and processes, including maintenance, repair, optimization, and continuous improvement.RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and document operation and preventive maintenance procedures for SMT and wave machines.Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of SMT equipment, as well as assisting with asset management.Perform preventive maintenance for SMT machines.Create and maintain machine spare parts.Provide training to technician and operator on SMT machines.Design and implement new tools to help improve quality and productivity.Provide engineering support to production lines.Coordinate facilities work with the division.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or the equivalent job experience.EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years SMT manufacturing experience.SKILLS: Has academic functional skills needed to perform assigned tasks. Computer literate. Strong communication skill. Lead teams, ensure compliance with standards, and drive efficiency in SMT production.
