Our insurance office is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great entry level SRD / lead generator opportunity. As an entry level SDR / lead generator you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market insurance products or services within the community. Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads referral sources.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
- This is a Great Role for a College Student or someone looking for an entry point into the Insurance industry
