Title
Electrophysiology Technologist

Schedule
Shift: 10-hour days, 07:30-18:00

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevant EP/cardiac experience
- NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES / CCI RCIS
- EMR: Epic (CUPID)
- Key clinical skills: EP lab experience, device procedures, conscious sedation experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in electrophysiology procedures including cardiac ablations and device placements.
- Provide conscious sedation and monitor patients during procedures.
- Perform EKG lead placements and preparation of access sites.
- Recognize and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias during procedures.
- Maintain sterile technique in both scrub and circulator roles.

Compliance / Notes
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- RTO after booking is not allowed; all RTO must be pre-approved.
- Contract staff may be required to report during catastrophic events.
