About the Job Reporting directly to the Quality Supervisor , the QA Technician role is a high‑visibility, high‑impact leadership role within the Quality Department at TFI USA. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct Pre-Operational and Operational Inspections and document findings. Communicate Foreign Object discoveries and provide root cause identification and corrective action measures. Inspect returned goods, document findings, and provide disposition. Perform Shelf-Life testing and assist in sampling collection. Provide Chemically Lean testing results and fat testing. Execute ATP environmental swabbing in the facility (both food contact and non-food contact surfaces). Requirements/Education/Experience/Skills) High school diploma 2–4 years of experience in food manufacturing is preferred 1–2 years in FSQA is preferred Skills & Knowledge Strong knowledge of food manufacturing Experience with FSQA Must have a high sense of urgency / bias for action Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills Bi-linguage English/Spanish strongly preferred Why Join Thomas Foods? Salary/Compensation Range: $44,720 - $46,800 annually This range represents the expected base salary rate for this position. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and other factors.
