We're building a modern, patient-centered organization that combines clinical excellence with operational innovation — and we're growing fast.To support this next phase of growth, we're looking for a Compliance Specialist who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help create the systems that will fuel sustainable and compliant growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in developing, coordinating, and delivering compliance training across the organizationAssist with regulatory audits, policy development, and communication of new or revised regulationsSupport internal auditsPrepare documentation for external auditsIdentify potential compliance risks and contributes to the development of corrective action plansEnsure timely reporting to regulatory bodiesManage MIPS collection and reportingMaintain accurate records of compliance activities and support the execution of the auditing and monitoring workplanPrepare and distribute compliance reports and contribute to the monthly newsletterManage third-party risk/vendor management processes and assist with radiation and OSHA requirementsCollaborate with HR, IT, RCM, and other departments on compliance initiativesUphold confidentiality and safeguard all compliance-related documents and communicationsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree; legal or healthcare-related field preferred4+ years of progressive healthcare compliance experienceExperience with internal audit and reviewsCertification (CHC or CHPC) preferred; willingness to obtain certification within 12 months requiredHave an understanding of the OIG compliance program guidanceExperience working closely with medical providersProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail, proofreading, and documentation abilitiesAbility to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain strict confidentialityWhy Join Us?Be part of a rapidly growing, innovative healthcare organizationWork in a flexible hybrid environment with limited travelCollaborate with a diverse, mission-driven teamEnjoy opportunities for professional growth and developmentMake a meaningful impact on patient care and organizational excellence
