Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 3x12s, Every other weekend, 36 hours guaranteed

Hours per Week: 60

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care under the guidance of charge nurses and team leaders
• Assist staff nurses with treatment and daily care for long-term care residents
• Champion the patient and family experience by consistently striving for excellence
• Follow established hospital procedures to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
• Uphold McLaren Northern's commitment to reliability and attendance excellence

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in long-term care
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Michigan LTC fingerprinting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong assessment and clinical skills in long-term care settings
• Ability to work collaboratively with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams
