SBA Commercial Real Estate Development Officer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Greensboro, NC for an SBA Commercial Real Estate Development Officer. In this role, you will identify and assess commercial real estate investment opportunities, analyze financing options, negotiate commercial property leases, and maintain client relationships. You will also manage property portfolios, evaluate development projects, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you will provide guidance in alignment with organizational goals and community-focused objectives. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in commercial credit or relationship banking 3+ years business development and/or sales experience Knowledge of SBA 504 loans and credit policies Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Consult clients to understand their business operations and identify financial needs and objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
